Our Core Idea
We believe that young people need more than information.
The project is Identity Decode – Youth Work Strategies for Navigating Online Manipulation, a 13-month Erasmus+ KA210-YOU small-scale partnership. Its main priorities are common values, civic engagement and participation, and quality, innovation and recognition of youth work.
Together with Bundesverband Netzwerke von Migrant*innenorganisationen (BV NeMO) e.V. (Germany), International Youth, Sport, Environment and Development Association (Türkiye), Training Centre for Personal Development (Bulgaria), Fundacja Ornament (Poland), the project focuses on the implementation of the activities on national, European and international levels.
Our Motivation To Stand
Online manipulation does not only spread false information. It often targets emotions, identity, and belonging.
Young people are exposed every day to digital narratives that frame groups as enemies, create fear or anger, and exploit feelings of exclusion. Traditional media literacy and fact-checking are important, but they are not always enough when disinformation feels emotionally true.
Identity Decode responds to this challenge by developing practical tools for youth workers who support young people in complex digital environments. The project focuses on emotionally safe dialogue, identity-conscious facilitation, and democratic resilience.
